- 3-4 strawberries, medium size
- 10-15 blueberries
- 5-10 raspberries
- 30 g Go Superfood Protein
- 400 ml coconut water
Of course you can and should mix your favorite fruits. You can also exchange the coconut water if you want.
This applies to all recipes. There are now plenty of milk substitute drinks such as rice, spelt, soya, hemp, oats or coconut milk. Also, the consistency is entirely up to you. Some like it a little heavier, others a little lighter. You can also use frozen food if you don’t have anything fresh at hand. Have fun trying it out!
