Ingredients (for 8-10 small pancakes)
- 130g spelt flour
- 2 EL Go Superfood Protein
- 1 tbsp ground linseed
- 1 tbsp of your favorite sweetener (agave juice, maple syrup etc.)
- 250 ml plant drink (rice, soy, oats etc.)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
Mix the crushed linseed with 2 tablespoons of hot water, mix well and set aside. Take the spelt flour and add GO SUPERFOOD, baking powder and salt and mix well. Next, add the vegetable drink, sweetener, and crushed linseed and mix well. Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil. Fry the pancakes in the very hot pan taking 1 tablespoon of the dough for one pancake. Fry both sides until they are golden brown.
Serve immediately, add a little sweetening and fruit of your choice.
